Open Vendor Policy

We have an open vendor policy here at The Paddock. That means that you can choose your favorite florist, caterer, photographer (and the list goes on!) that give you goosebumps, AND meet your budget.

We don’t charge you (or them!) and extra fees for being on site. We only require that they are licensed and insured—and that they bring a smile to your face!

If you choose to have alcohol at your event, we do require you to use Licensed Bar Services, our exclusive security and bar service provider. This ensures safety for all of our events, staff, and guests on property. Don’t worry, we make the process super easy and stress free, and your party will be unforgettable!
