THE PADDOCK HOMESTEAD

Us too! And while you can’t stay forever, the entire house is yours for the night before and the day-of your wedding.

This two-room bridal suite is GORGEOUS and sure to be one of your favorite spots on the entire property! Bright, airy, and full of natural light, relaxing as you get pampered has never felt—or looked—so good!

If a chapel-like indoor ceremony is more your style (or, if you just want to feel REALLY GOOD about the backup plan for inclement weather,) our enchanting, all white chapel will not disappoint! Our packages include EVERYTHING you have seen on this page! Yes, including one overnight stay in The Paddock Homestead the night before your wedding and access to the full property at 10am the day of your wedding.

Homestead access begins at 6pm the night before your wedding. Check-in with your bridal party and enjoy your last night as a single lady! Access to all other buildings on the property begins at 10am the day-of your wedding.
All events must conclude by 11:30pm on Fridays and Saturdays and 10:00pm on Sundays and weeknights.
Peak months include May through July. Prime months include August through October.

MONDAY-THURSDAY
Non-Holiday Weekdays | 10-Hour Rental | $5,000
Overnight not included for weekday weddings, but can be added on for an additional fee.
ADD-ONs
Thursday access to a Friday venue rental: $1,000 (see additional details below)
Big Daddy’s Game Room & Golf Simulator: $600/day
Early venue access (for decorating or on-site rehearsal): $250/hour
Add-ons subject to availability.
A perk only available to Friday rentals:
You have the option to add Thursday venue access from 1pm - 7pm to your Friday event rental for an additional $1,000. That means you get Thursday + Friday for the same investment as a Saturday rental. Get all decorating done early and rehearse on-site the day before. This is a great option for many couples to reduce day-of stress. And yes, this means you get access to the house earlier too!
Thursday’s rental add-on includes access to the chapel, the reception hall, and the homestead.
Interested in the whole weekend at The Paddock?
An ALL WEEKEND RENTAL gives you access to The Homestead, The Chapel, and The Barn Reception Hall from 10am on Friday through 10am Sunday. Talk about a stress free wedding weekend!

We require a $1m event insurance policy with The Paddock listed as the additional insured. Approximate cost is $240.
The state of Indiana charges a 7% sales tax in addition to the venue rental.
All pricing is subject to change at any time. Your contract rate and terms will be based on the date the contract is written, not the date of the tour.
